
Adrienne Harris is a professor of the practice at University of Michigan, where she’s a Gates Foundation Senior Research Fellow with the Center for Finance, Law and Policy. An early-stage investor, she also advises fintech companies. Harris was a founding executive at States Title, an insur-tech start-up for which she now advises. She was a special assistant for economic policy on President Obama’s National Economic Council, and a senior advisor to the deputy secretary of the US Treasury Department. Earlier, she was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. A term member on the Council of Foreign Relations, Harris serves on the boards of the Financial Health Network, Beneficial State Bank, and Homie, Inc.
